Do you require anything of me when I turn in my assignment electronically?
Yes, I have a few rules that you must follow. If you fail to take some of these steps, points will be deducted.
Honestly, I apologize as these rules might seem a bit nit-picky, but things got so bad when I began teaching online that I was spending enormous amounts of time trying to figure out who turned in what; time I could have used grading and providing direction.

Firstly: Turn in only one Microsoft Word document
For your assignments, please turn in one one, and only one, Microsoft Word document, even if the original assignment comes to you in separate documents. The only time you should turn in more than one file is if you have to turn in a PowerPoint file separate from your PowerPoint script (which will be in Word format). These are different formats and do no combine very easily. This goes for individual and team assignments. If you turn in more than one Word file, I'll combine them for you, but it will take 10% right off the top.
The only exception to this is your Certificate of Originality (if required in your course), which you may upload separately.

Secondly: Put your full name somewhere in the document's filename
Somewhere in the document's filename you must have your first and last name so that it's easy for me to ID the document's author. If you don't include your first and last name in the filename, I'm going to have to deduct 5% off the top of your grade and there is no grace period or "get out of jail once" deferment here.
