What if I want you to re-grade something a TA graded?

In general, my TAs have been instructed to view grading as I do. They should not accept one of the arguments that I've listed on this page. However, if you simply cannot agree with the TA's position, the procedure will be:

1. The TA will make a copy of your text, exam, essay,etc.
2. That copy will have marks related to grading, criteria, etc. covered so that I can't see them.
3. I will re-grade the assignment or test in its entirety.
4. My grade will replace the TA's grade in the gradebook, even if it's worse than the original grade.
